Mission: Laramie Public Art Coalition cultivates belonging, joy, and curiosity through public art in Albany County, Wyoming.
LPAC is an independent, non-profit 501c3 that provides the greater Laramie community with a structure and inclusive processes to create successful public art projects that reflect the community’s identities and values and contribute to community vitality.
