Laramie Jubilee Days® and Laramie Public Art teamed up to bring local artists work to the annual rodeo festival. Artists submitted artwork that captured the spirit of Laramie and Laramie Jubilee Days®. Artwork was reproduced on fabric banners to hang in Downtown windows.
